I have spent all my working life delivering some sort of service. I have been a sports coach, a teacher, a tour guide, a tour director, a customer service centre manager, worked in a pub, and managed a gym. As a teacher I was passionate about teaching skills that the young people could take into their own working lives and customer service coaching played an important role in my curriculum.
