Why should a stranger buy your product / service?
It is good practice to find a pattern for your posts – try four posts of information or entertainment and then a sales post. You might want to test:
70% – your own meaningful content
20% – content from other sources
10% – self-promotion
Today, post a sales post. Include a link to your website, or a photograph of a product. You need to say something about it, with a ‘call to action’. A ‘call to action’ is asking your customers to do something – buy something, sign up to something, do something. In other words – you need to call your customers to take some action. As part of your sales post, consider what you need to tell a stranger so they would consider buying from you. Why should they choose your brand, your products or services? And tell them on your post.
